If you’re leading a team of legal professionals, recognizing the signs of burnout in your team is crucial. Lawyer burnout leads to lost productivity, unplanned time out of the office and in the most severe cases, potential malpractice liability. Burnout is not just an individual problem - it’s an issue that impacts the bottom line and reputation of your organization. By understanding the symptoms and taking proactive steps to create a supportive work environment, you can foster a healthier and more productive team.
